How customers give consent to receive text messages from PremiereTrade, what those messages contain, and how to stop them.
PremiereTrade is a trading-education and market-analysis platform operated by PremiereTrade Wizard LLC. Customers hold an account at the PremiereTrade platform.
Account notifications only, and only the ones the customer switched on themselves:
We do not send marketing, promotions, or third-party content by text.
Variable, and set by the customer. A message is sent only when an alert they created is reached, and a customer may hold up to ten active alerts at a time.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on the recipient's mobile plan.
Inside the customer's own account, at Settings → Privacy and communication → Text alerts. The customer enters a mobile number, ticks a box that is not pre-selected, and presses “Yes, text me alerts”. Consent is not bundled with any other permission and is not a condition of using the platform.
When consent is submitted we record the date it was given and the surface it was given on, against that customer's record. A submission without a mobile number is refused rather than stored.
A withdrawal is recorded with its date and its reason. No further texts are sent to that number unless the customer opts in again.
